Aeskins Pharmaceuticals is a company in the pharmaceutical sector that needed to turn marketing, data, and commercial execution into a single growth system. In healthcare markets, communication cannot be generic: every audience evaluates safety, trust, differentiation, evidence, and clarity before moving forward. The challenge was to connect brand strategy, demand generation, data intelligence, and optimization routines without creating silos between marketing, operations, and leadership.

The work started with the full-funnel strategy. I planned and executed the architecture connecting audience, channel, message, offer, creative testing, data, and conversion. Instead of treating campaigns as isolated assets, each initiative began to answer a specific funnel stage: discovery, consideration, qualification, conversion, and learning. This made the operation clearer and allowed decisions based on the audience's actual behavior.

Data lake for executive decision-making

To support the strategy, I structured a data lake with Google BigQuery and Power BI. The goal was to centralize, model, and analyze executive and operational indicators in a single reading layer. Leadership needed to see performance without relying on fragmented reports, while operations teams needed to monitor campaign, channel, audience, conversion, and efficiency with enough granularity to act quickly.

This data foundation created a common source of truth between C-level and execution teams. The same environment that showed business trends and indicators also made it possible to investigate conversion bottlenecks, channel performance, and optimization opportunities. Aeskins Pharmaceuticals started operating with a more integrated funnel view, reducing guesswork and accelerating prioritization.

Briefings, assets and execution routines

With the strategic structure defined, we built briefings and execution materials for campaigns, landing pages, tracking, automation, and optimization routines. Each briefing made the audience, promise, offer, success criteria, tracking events, and expected learning explicit. This reduced rework and aligned creative, media, data, and conversion in the same operating plan.

I also worked on Aeskins Pharmaceuticals' positioning, messages, differentiators, and value proposition. The focus was to improve the fit between the audience's needs and the brand's communication. Instead of talking only about institutional attributes, the communication started organizing pains, proof, benefits, and next steps more directly.

Inbound and outbound in the same system

Demand generation combined inbound and outbound marketing. Inbound created surfaces for education, nurturing, and interest capture. Outbound helped test hypotheses, approach priority segments, and accelerate learning about the market and audience. Both fronts were fed by data: what performed in one front informed message, segmentation, and offer in the other.

The result was a more mature growth operation for Aeskins Pharmaceuticals. Strategy, data, campaigns, positioning, and execution started working as parts of the same system. This is the point where marketing stops being only asset production and starts operating as a machine for learning, demand, and conversion.
