With the e-commerce platform and infrastructure ready, AOFIO needed to turn its positioning into qualified demand. The company was born from the combination of scientific research, innovative technology, and hair health, with the purpose of empowering health professionals with efficient products and precise technology to improve patients' self-esteem. This positioning required a growth strategy with two clear fronts: final consumers and physicians or clinics.

The campaign structure was designed to respect both journeys. Final consumers looked for solutions, trust, and clarity around hair health. Physicians, clinics, and health professionals evaluated technology, differentiation, efficacy, and fit for professional use. The strategy could not treat everyone as the same audience. It had to separate intent, channel, message, and offer.

Google Ads with SKAGs and awareness levels

In Google Ads, I organized the account using SKAGs (Single Keyword Ad Groups) and awareness levels. Instead of grouping different terms into generic campaigns, the structure separated searches by intent: people discovering the problem, people researching alternatives, people comparing solutions, and people already close to a decision.

This separation made it possible to better control each ad message and landing page. Someone searching about hair loss, hair health, or hair treatment needed a different communication from someone who already understood AOFIO's proposition. The gain was not only traffic, but stronger alignment between search, ad, promise, and conversion.

Meta Ads for final consumers

In Meta Ads, the focus was final consumers through visual communication, market education, and demand creation. Hair health has a strong emotional dimension tied to self-esteem, well-being, and confidence. For that reason, campaigns had to balance benefit, explanation, and proof without falling into generic beauty communication.

Targeting, creatives, and tests were designed to capture attention, educate the market about the brand's proposition, and bring the audience into the e-commerce purchase journey. This front helped build direct demand, feed remarketing, and accelerate learning around pain points, objections, and creative angles.

LinkedIn Ads for physicians and clinics

The other side of the strategy was LinkedIn Ads, focused on physicians, clinics, and professionals connected to hair health and aesthetics. This audience required a more technical and institutional approach. The communication had to talk about science, technology, efficacy, precision, and patient outcomes, not only product attributes.

This separation between final consumers and professional audiences made the operation more mature. Meta Ads and Google Ads supported discovery, intent, and direct conversion; LinkedIn Ads opened relationships with prescribers, clinics, and professional decision-makers. AOFIO gained a growth strategy connected to its purpose: bringing innovation in hair health to the market without losing technical rigor or commercial clarity.
